OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all US resident orders within 24 business hours of receiving your order.

All orders shipped to US are currently no cost to you.

Canadian Shipments have a $20 charge.

Due to COVID challenges it is taking longer than the 2 days for most package to be received. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within the USA and possibly longer for shipping to Canada.

Delivery times may vary based on the county, state and country of package destination.

If your order was received on a non-business day or after 1PM Pacific Time, we will ship the next business day before 1PM Pacific Time Zone.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Once you receive your email confirmation, rest-assured that we have received your order in our system. Your credit card has now been pre-authorized for your purchase. 

Shipping and handling time:

We ship your product the same business day it is received if we receive your order before 1PM Pacific Time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Order Shipment:

We offer free, 2-Day USPS Priority Shipping to all U.S.residents at this time. Canada is USPS standard shipping and we charge $25.

We do not currently ship Internationally.

RETURN POLICY:

At Celebrity Smiles Club your safety is our top priority. 

For sanitation and disinfection purposes we take extra precautions to make sure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. The safety of everyone’s health is at the top of our minds.

If you have a product that appears defective please email us a video of the challenging situation and in your email explain the problem.

We all know that technology can have its challenges. We are happy to get on a quick ZOOM video call if you believe you have a defective product.

Usually we can easily trouble shoot any issues and if in fact your LED Light/Mouthpiece is defective, we will immediately replace it free-of-charge.
