In most situations and rarely, if you find your LED lights do not work, if they arrive defective or do not hold a charge, we will get on a ZOOM video call with you and resolve the problem. It's usually something super simple. AND usually our customers do not have any challenges. But we know technology is never perfect!

If we can't get the issue resolved, we will mail a new LED Mouthpiece to you at no additional charge and ASAP.

To qualify for our money-back guarantee IF you do not see a change in the shade of your teeth we ask you to follow the instructions below:

  1. Take a photo of your teeth before using our your Celebrity Smiles® Club Kit with LED lights. Use an app (Like Time Stamp) to date your pictures, before and after.
  2. Take a photo of your teeth after completion of your 1st treatment (Day 1), along with a photo of your teeth during your 30 day (consecutive days) whitening journey. We want to see your before picture that is dated as well as a picture (dated) over your three-week journey (One of the pictures must be taken at the end of day 30 and have a date on your pictures). 
  3. Email our Smile Support team according to the instructions listed above. See #’s 1 and 2. Email us your pictures with a date stamp. Send your email to: ask@celebritysmilesclub.com
  4. When contacting our SMILE Support Team, please include your name, email and pictures from the TIME STAMP app so we can see the dates of your pictures. We will review your request during our normal business hours.
  5. Your request will be evaluated for accuracy of use ASAP during normal business hours.

Please remember to submit your request within 30 days of receiving the product(s).

After 30 days, if you have not experienced two shades whiter, we will provide a refund when you follow the instructions provided above.
